Sheet Shenanigans!!

There's a question that has perplexed for some time……

What’s the best way to fold a fitted sheet?

I know! I know! This is not the kind of conundrum that is going to win me the Nobel Peace Prize or solve global warming, but surely you all get just as frustrated as me when your pile of fitted sheets refuses to behave?

So over the summer I have spent a little bit of time experimenting with different ways of achieving the perfectly (or near perfectly!) folded fitted sheet.

Step 1 – Lie the sheet right side down on a flat surface.

Step 2 – Fold the bottom of the sheet up to meet the top of the sheet tucking the bottom fitted corners into the top fitted corners.

Step 3 – Fold the left and right sides of the sheet into the middle by roughly the same amount as the top has folded in

Step 4 – Fold the top of the sheet down to meet the bottom of the sheet.

Step 5 – Fold the left side to meet the right.

Step 6 – Fold from left to right again....... and.......

Ta Dah! You have the perfectly folded fitted sheet!

Have a go and see if it works for you! Let me know if you’ve found a way to tackle a challenging task around your home.
